I'm not Alex, but I have comments:

1)  The GLIBCPP_* names really shouldn't be showing up outside of the
GNU C Plus Plus LIBrary, e.g., in the FORTRAN stuff.  Harmless but weird.

2)  You know that aclocal.m4 is often a generated file, right?
