Acording to Andreas Jaegers tester it changes bootstrap time from 2040
to 2160 and SPEC compilation from 660 to 730, so there seems to be some
problems, but in case they are enable-checking only or there is plan to
use the chagnes to make compiler faster in future (generations or
precompiled headers), I don't mind.
