[patch] gcc/g*.[ch]: Fix formatting.

Maybe I am doing a little too much.  These days, I am only changing
whitespace so that the difference between a source file and the output
of indent will be smaller, but removing the spaces in blank lines is,
as you suggested, almost endless as they keep coming in.  Maybe I
should only focus on things that do not conform the GNU coding
standards and the gcc coding standards?
