Fix arm-linux bootstrap problem on cvs.

Attached patch fixes the bootstrapping problem of gcc (main cvs)
on the arm-linux target (with --enable-checking).

Currently bootstrapping (and this time without a problem
reaching stage1).

Is it OK to commit ?
