[PATCH 3.0] Dwarf2 EH fix for AIX

I'm using the GNU assembler in binutils 2.11.2. I didn't find anything on
either the gcc or binutils Web pages to indicate that this version shouldn't
work on AIX 4.3.3.

Is there an easy way to reconfigure gcc to use the AIX assembler, or do I
have to bootstrap it again?

	I just repeated your test on my system, and I did not see a
failure. 

	I notice that you built GCC with the GNU Assembler and you
presumably are using it to build the shared libraries.  That might be your
problem. 

	There have been bugs in both GNU Assemble and AIX Assembler that
affect libstdc++. I do not know if the GNU Assembler you are using has the
appropriate fixes.  The last I heard, the AIX Assembler fixes are suppose
to be publicly available at the end of this month.
