patch: remove libjava/boehm-gc dependancy on libstdc++-v3. approval?

How about configure-time tests?  IIRC, when I put these dependencies
in, it was because without this make -j would build them in parallel
and wouldn't work correctly.  If this is no longer the case, the patch
is ok.
