gcc.pot regenerated

I've regenerated gcc.pot (mainline and 3.3 branch).

Notes:

1. The next snapshot should be submitted to the Translation Project so 
that translation work for 3.3 can begin

2. The .po files in CVS are very out of date and need updating from the 
Translation Project (mainline and 3.3 branch).

3. I hope Zack's patch to regenerate gcc.pot
<http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2001-11/msg00557.html> can be
resurrected (but deriving the list of active branches automatically like
update_version now does).
