Patch: FYI: gcj 3.3 status page

Hi Tom,

if you don't mind, just a few notes concerning this new page.

First of all, what do you think of moving this into gcc-3.3 directory,
as gcc-3.3/gcj.html or similiar? (I don't want to push that, just note
the possibility.)
