unreviewed fixes for 3.3

Hi,
I've went trought archives for last few weeks and noticed that following two
fixes has not been reviewed, but fixes quite serious breakage in the mainline

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2002-07/msg01557.html Fix for MIPS regression

And also I would like to see reviewed the following patch if possible to allow
writing of SSE optimized math inlines.
