	* config.gcc (mips*-*-linux*): Fix ordering of tm_file.
	* config/mips/mips.h (READONLY_DATA_SECTION_ASM_OP): Change
	#ifndef to #undef.
	(TARGET_MEM_FUNCTIONS): Define instead of define to 1.
