In my version 0.1 hardcopy, the complete page with the verbose
description seems to be allright, as is the listing by instruction
which is A.1 here, while in A.2 which is the listing by opcode the
vC is ommited.

I just got confused because they use a,b and c in a different order in
the PIM.
