Patch to use more safe-ctype macros

    This one breaks bootstrapping on darwin-1.4 and on solaris-2.6 with the
    same error:

alphaev56-dec-osf4.0c as well.

I fixed it by adding safe-ctype.o to the object file list for f/intdoc
