[patch] some *.texi clean-ups

Unfortunately there are gratuitous differences of trailing whitespace
between mainline and 3.0 branch, which hinders applying such a patch to
both (and clearly such a patch ought to go on both).  So I've applied the
attached patches to fix the trailing whitespace in the gcc directory, on
both mainline and branch, as obvious after testing with make info and make
dvi.  Could you submit a patch with the remainder of your changes?
