3.0 branch: POTFILES.in broken

It's a 0 (zero) risk patch since it's not used during build and therefor
to be seen more as documentation then anything else. The sv.po that are
included are so old and so many strings have changed in gcc that it's
basicly useless. The new one is not complete, but it's actually usefull
to people that wants to enable it.

But once again, it's *not* enabled so to update is *no* risk.

I also sent one sv.po for the HEAD so don't take the wrong one, but the
subjects says it all in the messages.
