no, not for gcc3 branch.  just in main trunk.  my bad.

one of our customers is complaining that they can't switch sections in
the i960 port.  this patch allows so.

i've tried it with i960-coff and i960-elf and both assemblers seem to
support named sections.

i can do it only for i960-coff.h is that's preferable.
