3.0 branch: POTFILES.in broken

I don't understand internationalization issues very well.

But, I would say no more major infrastructure changes for GCC 3.0,
so if internationalization requires changing the Makefiles/configury
then it's definitely not happenning until 3.0.1.  If it's just
updating the .pot, we can do that.
