I see this patch has been accepted by Robert Boehne, so feel free to
check it in the GCC 3.0 branch and mainline.  When you do so, please
change VERSION to 1.4a-GCC3.0 and add `with GCC-local changes' to
TIMESTAMP in both ltconfig and ltmain.sh.  Thanks!
