Please use <code>function</code> instead of <TT>function</TT>.

That is, also the libstdc++ pages should start using logical markup
instead of physical one, and HTML tags should be written in lowercase.
(Me, too, I used to use uppercase, but that's not where the W3C and
future standards are heading.)
