Bug in reload_cse_move2add()

Nope, the stage1 compiler miscompiles genmarco from gengenrtl.h (i does 
not get reset to zero for the emission of the RHS of the macro definition 
so the arguments are bogus).  This fails on both arm-netbsd and arm-linux.

I've attached preprocessed output of gengenrtl.c
