So isn't it enough for you (as you don't have DJGPP) just
to check that it doesn't break anything else?

There are problems with libtool and not all options are
passed correctly (read: with wrong settings for DJGPP)
from top level makefile when configuring target libraries,
including libstdc++.  I'll post more details/fixes shortly,
when I've investigated them.
