Fortran version strings when building 2.95.3 release.

For the final release build of GCC-2.95.3 you need the following patch
for the Fortran Frontend and libg2c (you might also want to change the
release *dates* therein):

2001-xx-yy  Toon Moene  <toon@moene.indiv.nluug.nl>

	* gcc/f/version.c: Set version string to "release".
	* libf2c/libF77/Version.c: Ditto.
	* libf2c/libI77/Version.c: Ditto.
	* libf2c/libU77/Version.c: Ditto.
