Inclusion of testresults for libstdc++-v3 in mail reports

Hi folks,

Here is a pretty crude patch proposal to include the results of the 
libstdc++-v3 tests in the mail-able report produced by the Makefile.

This is just to get the ball rolling.  No proper checks are made, and this 
could be made to look nicer (e.g., add a section title)
