No, I haven't been paying much attention to warnings lately.

IMHO, the project would be well served to have a warning regression
checker similar to Geoff's testsuite checker.

In the last month, I've counted at least five bug regressions /
bootstrap failures that later traced to problems flagged by warnings
that the author ignored when creating their original patch(es).

One conceptual problem is *which* platform to run a warning checker
on, since some warnings are specific to the host and contributors
might innocently introduce warnings that don't appear on *their* host.

I say, its still better than nothing. :-)
