[libstdc++ 3.0] Merge documentation from trunk.

With Mark's approval, I've copied the library's documentation from trunk
to the 3.0 branch, as per libstdc++ policy.  Everything still works.

The patch, such as it is, is mind-bogglingly boring, but here it is with
generated files removed, for the record.
