[PATCH] Fix illegal access in c-lex.c

Hi,

found by ElectricFence, this patch fixes an out-of-range access. I can't 
currently bootstrap on PPC,  can someone else test and commit it? Or  maybe 
it's obvious?

	c-lex.c (cb_file_change): Avoid accessing alien  memory.
