I think this patch is not acceptable.

The right thing to do is define STRICT_ARGUMENT_NAMING for the rs6000

I believe that the only reason STRICT_ARGUMENT_NAMING is not the
default is that some old ports might break.  (Of course, one of those
old ports might be the rs6000 port, but in that case it'd be better to
fix the rs6000 port.)
