Patch to use @email in manual

Joseph S. Myers jsm28@cam.ac.uk
Fri Sep 29 15:45:00 GMT 2000

This patch makes the GCC manual consistently use @email for formatting
email addresses (as already done throughout the G77 manual). It
passes "make info". OK to commit?

(I left "@samp{bug-foo@@gnu.org}" unchanged since that's not an actual
email address.)
