query: very minor patch to Solaris config files

Hi,

I wish to submit some very minor changes to the config files for Solaris:

egcs-20000918/gcc/config/i386/t-sol2
egcs-20000918/gcc/config/sparc/t-sol2
egcs-20000918/gcc/config/sparc/t-sol2-64

I have simply added the following 3 lines to each file:
-- begin --

# Use the system assert.h
INSTALL_ASSERT_H =
--- end ---

These changes appear too minor to require copyright assignment, but please
advise on how to submit them.
