Patch for _Complex: pedwarn for ++ and --

This fixes another case of making the handling of complex types follow
C99: C99 doesn't allow ++ and -- to be applied to complex types, so a
pedantic warning is needed.

Bootstrapped with no regressions on i686-pc-linux-gnu. OK to commit?

gcc/ChangeLog:
2000-10-31  Joseph S. Myers  <jsm28@cam.ac.uk>

	* c-typeck.c (build_unary_op): If pedantic, pedwarn for increment
	and decrement of complex types.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
2000-10-31  Joseph S. Myers  <jsm28@cam.ac.uk>

	* gcc.dg/c99-complex-2.c: New test.
