Seems reasonable. Though I don't know what the rationale behind limiting the
fix to hpux10 would be.
It may seem odd, but it has been my experience that if there's a particular
problem in one vendor's include files, then there is an excellent chance
it exists in another vendor's include files.
In fact, I know of one where this fix would likely be important -- hiux :-)
Anyway, unless we have good reason, I'd prefer not to add a machine selector
to a fix.
