I haven't done anything about fixing up HTML errors in the egcs-1.0 and
egcs-1.1 pages, treating them as essentially frozen (and as they're not
covered by the general template for GCC webpages, validator.w3.org
complains about the lack of a DOCTYPE on them, etc.).  If archives of the
old FSF GCC lists (info-gcc, etc.) can get put up on gcc.gnu.org at some
point (I might have volunteered to sort the mailboxes of the relevant
lists from the confusing organisation of ftp-mailing-list-archives.gnu.org
into some sort of rational order) then we can link from releases.html to
those for announcements back a long way.
