Java / libstdc++ web presences and lists

I believe it *must* happen in time for GCC 3.0.  Using a C++ standard
library as part of a GCC release whose web pages do not reside on a
*.gnu.org machine is most probably unacceptable for the FSF.

Mark, this should become a release criterion, and if you agree I'm willing
to take care of it.  (Not in the sense that I'm going to do everything by
myself, which I cannot, but in the sense of pinging others and helping
wherever possible.)

Gabriel, what are these administrative issues? Perhaps we could start
moving some pieces, like the web pages themselves first?

PS: I'll be offline from October 18th to November 1st, but before and
