Bring POTFILES.in up to date.

Sigh, once again I had to update POTFILES.in :( Mark, I guess this time
you're the culprit because if I remember correctly, it was you that
removed the dead ports.

Mark, I would *really* like to place a tarball of the CVS gettext into
infrastructure and require to configure with --enable-maintainer-mode
for the bootstrap necessary anyway. That of course implies to not
disable NLS.

If the above would be done, bootstrapping would fail for those that
fail to update POTFILES.in.
