gcc S/390 backend

Hello,
     we want to contribute the S/390 backend, which we at IBM have written
for Linux for S/390. Also I would volunteer to maintain
this code in your CVS repository.
The code is mainly the new directory 's390' in gcc/config and the changes
for S/390 in gcc/configure.in. Also
config/mt-s390pic and config/mh-s390pic are included. The target for the
configure is 's390-ibm-linux-gnu'.
The other tools (binutils and glibc) are already available and integrated.
