I can't either, but changing the one RTL_EXPR case in f/com.c to call
abort() passes make -k check and compiles our NWP suite on
alphaev6-unknown-linux-gnu.

So it might be useful to install the "abort()" patch in that place and
remove the case when RTL_EXPR is finally nuked ...
