Yes.

Your patch actually has two unrelated sets of changes - the first is
the PTR change.  The second is a minor reformatting of comments.  I'd
prefer if separate changes be submitted as separate patches (this
one's OK though).  Also, the comment changes could have been checked
in under the "obviously correct" and/or "trivial comment change" rules.
