Thanks.  I've got 3 copies of this patch now, all of which are the same,
so I will go ahead and check in your patch.

FYI The IA-64 gcc port on gcc.gnu.org is not yet complete and stable.  There
are two major patches coming soon that are needed to fix this.  One patch
to add the missing unwind/EH support, and one patch to rewrite how compares
work.
