Message catalog renamed from en_UK.po to en_GB.po

I renamed said catalog because en_GB is the correct locale name. These are
the changes I checked in:

gcc:
2000-06-13  Philipp Thomas  <pthomas@suse.de>

	* configure.in(ALL_LINGUAS): Changed en_UK to en_GB.
	* configure: Rebuilt.

gcc/po:
