Flow auto-inc calculations after reload

Fixed thusly.  No testsuite regressions on arm-semi-aout.

	(life_analysis): Remove PROP_AUTOINC if running after reload.
	(propagate_one_insn): PROP_AUTOINC is always off after reload.
