I have a patch here (by Timothy) that has the *full* installation
instructions -- that is, both old texinfo documention, your texinfo
documentation and current HTML stuff --  as a single, unified texinfo
document!

We are dealing with some final issues right now and I think that this
stuff will be submitted later this month.
