config/rtems.h wasn't in the patch.  Can you please send that to me?

The last two ChangeLog entries should reference the "sparc" subdir instead
of the "sh" subdir.  I fixed this.

I've installed the gcc changes.  The rtems ports will be broken until you send
me the generic config/rtems.h file.

Why was this needed?  And is it worth the headache since we want to remove
texinfo from the distribution?
