Remove boehm-gc/Makefile.orig?

Shouldn't we remove boehm-gc/Makefile.orig?  If you run patch and get
conflicts, patch will rename Makefile to Makefile.orig.  The name is
really confusing and at first it looked like an accidental check in.
If we will keep it, we should rename it, e.g. to Makefile.upstream or
Makefile.

What do you think?  I propose to remove it but I'm open to other
suggestions.
