First note, patches go to "gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org" -)

I went ahead and made it recognize hppa*-*-mpeix.  It won't hurt anything
to recognize newer PAs.  If you wanted to actually improve the code for the
newer PAs you'd want configure clauses to enable the PA1.1 or possibly PA2.0
ISA features, but I didn't do that.
