Bad file locations in gcc.texi

In gcc.texi, under Passes, it details which files are in which passes. Under
parsing, it lists files like cp-parse.y - i.e. the locations before the
non-C frontends were moved into sepearate directories. This patch attempts
to update to the current situation. It's better than what was there, but
I'm not sure enough about the various frontends to think it's entirely
correct.

If this needs a copyright assignment, it's in the mail.

        * gcc.texi (Passes): Update front-end files to their current
        location.
