	Good.  Were you moving to ANSI C or GNU C?

If you go to GNU C, then I'd like to ask that you reconsider forcing
-W -Wall for the build of the cp/ subdir like g77 does for the f/
directory.

In doing so, I hope to avoid warning regressions, of which we've had
four since I cleaned up the cp/ dir. :-)
