FreeBSD patches for upcoming 1.1.2 release

I applied parts of these patches.

Specifically all of the config.guess patch, the patch which fixed the 
structure return issues and the NO_DOLLARS_IN_LABELS change.

However, there were other changes I did not install -- they are not
referenced in your ChangeLog and they are not in the development sources.

Specifically  changes to profiling, SET_ASM_OP, pragmas, weak support,
MD_STARTFILE_* changes and LIB_SPEC changes were not installed.
