Of course, why didn't I thikn of it before!

I've just checked out the previous snapshot and rebuilt it, and found
the attached differences between the `include' directories created in
their build trees.

I've noticed that regex.h and reg_types.h are missing in the includes
tree of the latest snapshot, whereas in the older one the symbols that 
were causing librx to fail were prefixed with `__'.

I also noticed that the fix for c_asm.h was lost :-(

Therefore, I withdraw the patch for libg++.
