PATCH for typo in libio.exp

The libio.exp test-harness was trying to set additional_flags (a
special DejaGNU variable), but instead set additional_options, which
is meaningless.  This broke the use of "--tool_opts" with the libio
testsuite.

I checked in the following patch, on the mainline, under the obvious
typo rule.
