[PATCH] SUBREG changes from WORD to BYTE offseting - looking for testers

I have updated David Miller's patch which changes SUBREG second argument
from word offset to byte offset. The change is needed because some
architectures (read as sparc64) have some hard registers with size smaller
than UNITS_PER_WORD. See the discussion about it from October 1998.
I've successfully bootstrapped sparc-sun-linux-gnu, but don't have available
machines to try to bootstrap other things.
If you test this, please report success/failure to me and David Miller.
