patch to hush --with-dwarf2

Please apply to the trunk.   Consider for the branch.   It's as close
to zero risk as patches get, but it's not really essential, I suppose.

It allows builds --with-dwarf2 on targets that include svr4.h (linux
comes to mind) to not wail about the redefinition.

(Yes, I'm chasing a dwarf2 problem and I want to see if it fails on Linux. :-)
